Microsoft doesn’t seem to care too much about the year’s fast-approaching biggest celebration of love, but it’s not going to let George Washington’s birthday go unnoticed, offering a slew of Presidents Day discounts on some of the company’s hottest gadgets.
Through February 20, the Microsoft Band 2 will again be available at $200 a pop stateside, in your choice of sizes, 50 bucks being taken off the cross-platform wearable’s list price for the first time in a couple of months.
In addition to working with Windows Phones, Androids and iOS devices, the smart band stands out with an unrivaled sensor tally of 11, including a heart rate monitor, gyrometer, barometer, GPS, accelerometer, ambient light, and skin temperature measurement functions.
Meanwhile, from February 7 to 27, the equally recent Surface Pro 4 convertible tablet can be purchased for $100 off list, no matter your processor, RAM or SSD preference. The entry-level configuration, for instance, costs $799 instead of $899 with Intel Core m3 power, 4 gigs of memory, and 128GB storage space, whereas the top-of-the-line model sets you back $1,700 (down from $1,800), the three specs going all the way up to Core i7, 16 and 256GB respectively.
Redmond also advertises a so-called Lumia 640 markdown, but at $49, AT&T’s no-contract phone is actually pricier still through Microsoft than Best Buy, which may go even lower than $48 if last week’s promo ever returns.
