Super slim OPPO R7 incoming with MT6795 SoC

OPPO has been on the forefront of design experimentation (the company itself would call it ‘innovation’) through the past couple of years, producing swivel camera phones, and super slim devices that are so thin they lack 3.5mm audio ports.

According to an Indonesian certification body, OPPO will once again be taking a plunge into the deep world of slim phones with their upcoming OPPO R7. The phone will reportedly feature one of the most anticipated processors — the MediaTek MT6795, which is also rumoured to be sitting in the heart of the upcoming HTC E9.

Not a lot is known about the upcoming OPPO R7, however. What we can say for certain is that the phone will be super thin, for it will have a legacy to follow. And, if it does ship with the MT6795 SoC, the R7 will be quite a powerful phone… OPPO will have to cram quite a bit into a thin frame for that.
